Digital setup
A target arrangement is prepared from your intraoral scan, revised to your instructions and submitted for your approval.
Bracket positioning
Once the setup is approved, bracket positions are set on the lingual surface and submitted for your approval as a separate stage.
Jig and wire design
A transfer jig is designed for every bracket, along with a patient-specific NiTi / TMA wire template. The wire plane matches the plan exactly.
What you receive: after your approval you download the setup model, the jig design and the wire template from the portal. Single or both arches, a complete set for every bracket.

Send your scan.
Upload the intraoral scan and your treatment goals through the clinician portal. No patient name is needed; the case is tracked by a code.
We plan it together.
You review the setup, then the bracket positions, in 3D in the portal. You approve or ask for a revision; every decision is recorded.
You choose the production.
You download the design files. You can produce them yourself in your own practice or have them made by a dental laboratory. If you want to produce in-house, we train your team.
Saklıtel
Saklıtel is a lingual bracket and indirect bonding system developed by Cihan Aydoğan, DDS, PhD. It received the Best Clinical Poster Award from the Turkish Orthodontic Society in 2018 and is used today by other orthodontists as well.
Ortodocera opens the digital planning experience behind this system to colleagues. The method has been developed and applied over years of the founder's own clinical practice.

The portal where you upload scans, review the plan in 3D, give your approvals and download the design files is open. Accounts are opened by invitation; write to us for one.

Not a separate company
Ortodocera is a brand operated by Cihan Aydoğan, DDS, PhD. Fees are invoiced as a consultancy service under his own registration.
Design only
Ortodocera does not manufacture or sell jigs, wires or appliances and is not a party to manufacturing, sale or supply. The clinician chooses the production in line with applicable regulations: in their own practice, or through a dental laboratory.
Clinical responsibility stays with the clinician
Setups and bracket positions are proposals. Assessing their applicability, approving them and carrying out the treatment remain the responsibility of the patient's own clinician.
Patient data without identifiers
No patient name, contact detail or identity information is requested. Data handling terms are set out in the consultancy and data processing agreements with the clinician.
